摘要
人口结构的变化更加凸显了招聘和留住青年人才在企业管理中的重要性,因此人力资源开发变得愈发关键.由于在人力资源开发的初始投入和回报之间存在着时间差,因而经常需要回答的一个问题即是这些措施是否能够带来良好的投资回报.因此提出,双元制育人模式下的学生在顺利完成学业后是否愿意留在他们的培训企业工作.在实证研究的范畴内向学生调查了一个问题,即如果有机会的话,他们是否还会再次选择自己的专业和/或培训企业.此外也研究了学生的再次选择意愿和大学与企业提供的协作教育质量之间的关系.研究结果为来自高等教育机构及合作企业的利益攸关者提供了相关建议.
Due to the demographic developments,the recruitment of talented young employees and employee retention have assumed a greater role in the management of companies.Human resource development has,therefore,become increasingly significant for corporations.At the same time,due to the time lag between the initial investments and the realization of the benefits of human resource development,the question is often asked whether such measures in reality provide a good return of investment.In the context of cooperative education in the higher education,research needs to be done to find out if students actually want to remain in their partner company,after the successfol conclusion of their studies.In order to obtain a better understanding of this issue,students were asked,as part of an empirical study,if they would choose their major and/or partner company again,if given the opportunity to do so.In parallel,the relationship between the intention to repeat one's choices and the quality of cooperative education at the university as well as at the company were explored.The resulting analysis yields recommendations for stakeholders from higher education institutions and their cooperating partner companies.
