巴伐利亚州虚拟大学联盟(Virtuelle Hochschule Bayern,简称VHB)是德国巴伐利亚州综合大学和应用科学大学(HAW)的一个联盟组织.通过该虚拟大学联盟,巴伐利亚州一方面力图实现改善教学和学习条件的目标,特别是满足越来越多的学生对学习地点和时间在灵活性方面的需求,另一方面旨在让感兴趣的公众可以不受限制地获得大学知识.巴伐利亚州虚拟大学联盟促进并支持数字化教学单元的开发,从而推动校际交流和使用.巴伐利亚州虚拟大学联盟在全欧洲范围内树立起了一个独一无二的教育模式.
The Virtuelie Hochschule Bayern(vhb)/Bavarian Virtual University(BVU)was established in 2000 as a network organization of the universities and universities of applied sciences of the State of Bavaria,one of the 16 German federal states.Its primary goal on one side is to improve studying conditions for the growing number of students who require flexibility both in terms of time and place;on the other side,it is to provide interested general public with an access to university knowledge.The Bavarian Virtual University promotes and supports the development of digital teaching units and is particularly committed to exchange and cross-university use as a unique model across Europe.
