川芎茶调散联合穴位刺血治疗偏头痛的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Migraine with Chuanxiong Tea Tiaosan Combined with Acupoint Pricking Blood

目的研究川芎茶调散联合穴位刺血在偏头痛患者中的应用效果。方法80例偏头痛患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组各40例。对照组以穴位刺血治疗,在此基础上观察组予以川芎茶调散治疗。对比2组临床疗效、疼痛程度、生活质量及证候积分。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(77.50%)(P<0.05)。视觉模拟评分(VAS),偏头痛特异性生活品质问卷(MSQ),头痛持续时间积分、头痛程度积分、头痛发作次数积分,较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且观察组的改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗期间未见明显不良反应。结论偏头痛患者应用川芎茶调散联合穴位刺血治疗效果较佳,对缓解偏头痛症状、改善生活质量具有积极的作用,且安全可靠。

Objective:To study the effect of Chuanxiong Tea Tiaosan combined with acupoint pricking blood in migraine patients.Methods:80 patients with migraine were divided into 2 groups by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupoint pricking blood,and on this basis,the observation group was treated with Chuanxiong Tea Tiaosan.The clinical effect,pain degree,quality of life and syndrome scores of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(77.50%)(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS),migraine-specific quality of life questionnaire(MSQ),headache duration score,headache degree score,headache attack frequency score were improved compared with those of the prior treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of the observation group was significantly better.Both had statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions during treatment in the 2 groups.Conclusion:The treatment of migraine patients with Chuanxiong Tea Tiaosan combined with acupoint pricking blood has a positive effect on alleviating migraine symptoms and improving the quality of life,and it is safe and reliable.
