摘要
中频电炉在熔炼过程中炉体电磁线圈及系统整流逆变单元中部件发热显著,对这些部件进行冷却的循环冷却水系统参数必须进行严密的监控,以防止冷却系统出现故障未及时发现导致生产事故或者人生安全事故。结果表明,通过采集循环水系统现场参数,利用可编程控制器,交互式人机界面以及先进的云技术,可以实现对系统参数实时监控,发现问题及时处理,增加系统的安全可靠性。
In the melting process of intermediate frequency melting furnace,the heating of the furnace body electromagnetic coil and the components of the system rectification inverter unit was significant,and the parameters of the circulating cooling water system for cooling these components must be closely monitored to prevent the failure of the cooling system from being found in time and leading to production accidents or life safety accidents.The results show that by collecting the field parameters of the circulating water system,using programmable controller,interactive man-machine interface and advanced cloud technology,the system parameters can be monitored in real time,and the problems can be found and handled in time to increase the safety and reliability of the system.
