百年党史亦是弥足珍贵的维护国家安全斗争史。中国国家安全思想是中国共产党经百年求存图安、当家做主、富民强国实践而升华的国家安全学。新时代、新发展及新斗争,呼唤与之相应的国家安全新理念、新手段和新载体。2014年4月15日,习近平总书记主持召开中央国家安全委员会第一次会议,从战略与政治高度,强调走一条中国特色的国家安全道路,提出对安全与发展、传统安全与非传统安全、国家安全维护与塑造“三大统筹”的重要观念。这既是对国家安全工作的理论创新和实践创新,也是中国特色社会主义思想的“国家安全篇”总体国家安全观是社会主义中国御风险、谋全局,资长治之纲;是保稳定、促发展,固政权之要;是实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标的坚强保障。

The century-long history of the Chinese Communist Party(CCP)is a precious history of struggle to maintain its national security.China's national security thinking is a national security science that the CCP has sublimated through practices for a century in seeking survival,security and being the master of China,in addition to enriching the people and strengthening the country.The new era,new developments and new struggles call for corresponding new concepts,methods and carriers for national security.On April 15,2014,General Secretary Xi Jinping presided over the first meeting of the Central National Security Committee.From a strategic and political perspective,Xi emphasized taking a national security path with Chinese characteristics,and put forward important concepts in planning as a whole of security and development,traditional and non-traditional security,maintaining and shaping the national security.This is not only a theoretical and practical innovation in national security work,but also a“national security chapter”of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The comprehensive national security concept is key for socialist China to guard against risks,to handle the current situation,and to facilitate long-term governance.Meanwhile,it is imperative in maintaining stability,promoting development,and consolidating the regime.It is also crucial for achieving China’s two centennial goals.
