多功能腹带在腹部外科的临床应用及护理

Clinical application and nursing of multifunctional abdominal belt in abdominal surgery

目的探究多功能腹带在腹部外科的临床应用及护理方法和效果。方法选择该院自2019年4月至2020年3月收治的腹部手术后放置引流管的患者150例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组和研究组,每组75例,对照组术后使用普通腹带进行干预,研究组术后使用多功能腹带进行干预,比较两组患者术后脱管率、造口相关并发症发生率、舒适度评分、伤口疼痛度评分、生活自理评分及对腹带干预效果的总满意率。结果研究组患者术后脱管率、造口相关并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者伤口疼痛度评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组患者舒适度评分、生活自理评分及对腹带干预效果的总满意率均显著高于对照组,两组比较具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在腹部外科中对腹部手术后放置引流管的患者使用多功能腹带进行干预,不仅能有效降低患者脱管率和造口相关并发症发生率,同时还能减轻其切口疼痛,并提高其机体舒适度和生活自理能力,从而能提高其对腹带干预效果的满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical application,nursing method and effect of multifunctional abdominal belt in abdominal surgery.Methods A total of 150 patients with drainage tube after abdominal operation admitted to this hospital from April 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,75 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by ordinary abdominal belt after operation,and the study group was intervened by multifunctional abdominal belt after operation.The postoperative tube removal rate,the incidence of ostomy-related complications,comfort score,wound pain score,self-care score and the total satisfaction rate of abdominal band intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of postoperative catheter removal and stoma related complications in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of wound pain in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of comfort score,self-care score and total satisfaction rate of abdominal belt intervention in the study group were significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In abdominal surgery,multi-functional abdominal belt intervention can not only effectively reduce the rate of catheter removal and the incidence of complications related to stoma,but also reduce the incision pain,improve the body comfort and self-care ability,so as to improve the satisfaction of the effect of abdominal belt intervention.
