结构式家庭护理指导对乳腺癌根治术后患者社会功能、不良情绪及生活质量的影响

Effect of structured family nursing guidance on social function, bad emotion and quality of life of patients after radical mastectomy

目的探讨结构式家庭护理指导对乳腺癌根治术后患者社会功能、不良情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选取该院2017年11月至2019年11月收治的乳腺癌行根治术治疗患者156例,采用奇偶数字排列法将其分为观察组和对照组,各78例。对照组患者给予常规根治术后护理干预,观察组患者在此基础上给予结构式家庭护理指导干预,观察并比较两组患者干预前后的社会功能、不良情绪以及生活质量。结果实施结构式家庭护理指导干预后,观察组患者的社会功能评分明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁不良情绪评分均显著低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结构式家庭护理指导干预可显著提升乳腺癌根治术后患者的社会功能,可有效地缓解患者不良情绪,改善患者生活质量,提高患者家庭社会适应性,对患者获取良好预后具有重要意义,临床效果显著,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To explore the effect of structured family nursing guidance on social function,bad emotion and quality of life of patients after radical mastectomy.Methods A total of 156 patients with breast cancer undergoing radical mastectomy in this hospital from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group by odd-even number sorting method,with 78 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention after radical operation,while the patients in the observation group were given structured home nursing guidance intervention on this basis.The social function,bad emotion and quality of life of the two groups before and after intervention were observed and compared.Results After implementing structured home nursing guidance intervention,the scores of social function in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Structured family nursing guidance intervention can significantly improve the social function of patients after radical mastectomy,effectively alleviate the bad mood of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,improve the family social adaptability of patients,it is of great significance for patients to obtain a good prognosis,and the clinical effect is remarkable,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
