2010-2019年宜宾市艾滋病流行特征分析

AIDS Epidemic Situation in Yibin City From 2010 to 2019

目的通过对2010-2019年宜宾市艾滋病流行特征分析,为宜宾市艾滋病防治措施提供参考依据。方法对2010-2019年宜宾市新发现HIV/AIDS数据用Excel表进行统计,采用SPSS 22.0软件进行单因素分析,以P<0.05表示差异有统计学意义。结果2010-2019年宜宾市新发现16127例HIV/AIDS,男性11395例(70.66%),女性4732例(29.34%),男女比例2.41∶1;50岁以上人群10863例(67.34%)构成比呈逐年上升趋势。感染者婚姻、样本来源、文化、职业、以及传播途径主要为,已婚11944例(74.06%)、临床病人9858例(61.13%)、小学8942例(55.45%)、农民9112例(56.50%)、经性传播15945例(98.87%)。高县、珙县、筠连和翠屏区疫情较重。结论宜宾市艾滋病疫情形势严峻,地区性差异较大,需强化高危人群的干预,重点关注50岁以上人群。加大宣传力度,让高危行为者主动检测。

Objective To analyze the AIDS epidemic characterstics in Yibin City from 2010 to 2019,in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of AIDS in Yibin.Methods The data of newly discovered HIV positive/AIDS in Yibin from 2010 to 2019 were statistically analyzed by Excel and analyzed by descriptive research method and SPSS software.Results From 2010 to 2019,there were 16127 new cases of HIV/AIDS found in Yibin,among them 11395 cases were male(70.66%)and 4732 were female(29.34%),with a male to female ratio of 2.41∶1.There were 10863 patients(67.34%)aged 50 years or above,and the proportion showed an increasing trend year by year.In terms of the marriage,sample source,culture,occupation and transmission routes of the infected patients,the results showed the major characteristics of the cases as follows:11944 married cases(74.06%),9858 clinical patients(61.13%),8942 primary school cases(55.45%),9112 farmers(56.50%),and 15945 sexually transmitted cases(98.87%).The epidemic was severe in Gaoxian,Gongxian,Junlian and Cuiping districts of Yibin.Conclusion The AIDS epidemic situation in Yibin is grim,and the regional difference is large.It is necessary to strengthen the intervention in the high-risk groups,focusing on people aged over 50 years old,strengthen the AIDS related publicity,and encourage people with high-risk behavior to take the test self-consciously.
