2020年某医院门诊就诊慢性肾病患者对支持环境的现状评价

Investigation on Supporting Environment for Patients With Chronic Kidney Diseases in A Hospital Outpatient Department in 2020

目的了解门诊慢性肾病患者的支持环境现状,分析影响慢性肾病患者获取资源的差异性,为慢性肾病患者精准服务提供改善依据。方法2020-08-09采用问卷调查方法调查某大型三甲医院肾内科门诊就诊慢性肾病患者,调查内容主要包括家庭资源、社区资源、病友资源、医院资源等方面,采用Likert五级量表法进行评价,并对调查结果进行统计学分析,计量资料采用(x±s)率之间的比较采用χ2检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果共调查131名慢性肾病患者,其中男性62例(47.33%),女性69例(52.67%),年龄在16~75岁,平均年龄在(40.86±12.78)岁。各维度评分值由低到高依次为社区、病友、医院、家庭等4方面资源;在病友资源方面,男女差异有统计学意义(F=9.053,P<0.05);在社区支持方面,是否在职间差异具有统计学意义。结论慢性肾病管理的支持环境需要从社区、病友、医院、家庭四个维度考虑,而性别、是否在职对支持环境的需求有差异。

Objective To investigate on supporting environment and the influencing factors of the access to resources of outpatients with chronic kidney diseases so as to provide a basis for improving the accurate management of chronic diseases.Methods From August 2020 to September 2020,a questionnaire survey was conducted on patients with chronic kidney diseases in the outpatient clinic of the Department of Nephrology in a Large general hospital.The supporting environment questionnaire contains four dimensions,including family resources,community resources,patient resources,and hospital resources.The response option was based on a Likert five-level scoring method,and the survey results were statistically analyzed.Chi-square test was used to compare the two rates P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results A total of 131 patients with chronic kidney diseases were investigated,including 62 males(47.33%)and 69 females(52.67%).The patients aged from 16 to 75 years,with an average age of 40.86±12.78 years.The scores of four dimensions ranging from low to high were community,patients,hospital and family.There were statistically significant differences between different genders in the scores of patient resources.In terms of community support,there are statistically significant differences in the different working status.Conclusion The supporting environment for management of chronic kidney diseases needs to be considered from four dimensions,including community,patient,hospital and family.However,patients of different genders and working status have different needs for supportive environment.
