基于中国知网的我国近20年医学人文主题文献研究

Research on Medical Humanistic Theme Literature in China in Recent 20 Years Based on CNKI

目的通过对医学人文类文献的研究,了解医学人文研究现状,揭示该领域的研究热点,从而促进医学人文研究的发展。方法在中国知网数据库中以“医学人文”或“人文医学”为主题检索2001-01-01/2020-01-01发表的文献,分析文献总体情况,并取前3%的200篇高被引文献进行重点分析,并用Citespace进行可视化分析。结果共获得医学人文主题文献6815篇,文章发表量整体呈上升趋势,出现频次较高的前5位主题为医学生、医学人文、医学院校、现代医药学和人文精神。发文机构排名前五位的是南京医科大学(140篇)、北京大学(130篇)、大连医科大学(106篇)、广西医科大学(92篇)、第三军医大学(90篇)。高被引文章中关键词词频分析大于5的共有19个。聚类分析确定了3个中心点,分别为医学院校、医学专业和人文关怀。Citespace可视化图谱中,探索出医学人文领域的热点研究主题有医学人文教育、人文学科和医学伦理学等。结论我国医学人文类研究近20年发展较快,但整体规模较小,该领域有较大发展空间,可从医学人文教育、医学人文关怀、医学伦理学等领域做重点研究。

Objective To understand the status of medical humanities research and find the research hotspots in this field through the study of medical humanities literature so as to promote the development of medical humanities research.Methods The literatures published in the last 20 years were retrieved from CNKI database under the theme of“medical humanities”or“humanistic medicine”,and the general situation of the literatures was analyzed.The 200 cited literatures with high citation frequency ranked in the top 3%were further analyzed,and Cited space was used for visual analysis.Results A total of 6815 articles on medical humanities were obtained,and the number of articles published was on the rise.The top five topics with high frequency were medical students,medical humanities,medical colleges,modern medicine and humanistic spirit.Nanjing Medical University(140 essays),Peking University(130 essays),Dalian Medical University(106 essays),Guangxi Medical University(92 essays),third Military Medical University(90 essays)ranked the top five.In the high-citated articles,word frequency analyses found that 19 keywords had a word frequency greater than 5.Cluster analysis identified three central points,i.e.,medical college,medical specialty and humanistic care.In Cite Space visual atlas,hot research topics in medical humanities were medical humanities education,humanities and medical ethics.Conclusion The research on medical humanities has developed rapidly in the past 20 years in China,but the overall scale is small.This field has a large space for development,especially on medical humanistic education,medical humanistic care,and medical ethics.
