摘要 在高职院校的建设进程中,各种维修任务日趋繁重。为提高后勤服务的维修效率,本文应用Spring Boot技术设计并实现了后勤报修系统。该系统便于全校师生网上报修,使后勤管理人员能够及时地派工和准确地统计汇总维修信息,实现从报修、维修到反馈全过程的信息化与精细化管理。整个过程简单便捷,有助于提升后勤人员的服务效率和师生的满意度,同时为准确管理评价维修人员提供数据支撑。 Maintenance tasks are becoming more and more onerous in the construction procedure of vocational colleges. Spring Boot technology is applied to design and implement a coordination system for logistics repair to improve the efficiency. All teachers and students of the school can conveniently report cases online using the system, while the logistics management staff are able to dispatch tasks in time. Maintenance information can be accurately recorded and summarized in the system. The whole process of informatization and fine management from maintenance to feedback is simple and convenient, which improves the service efficiency of logistics staff and satisfies teachers and students. Critical data are provided by the system for accurate management and evaluation of maintenance staff.
