摘要
近年来,医患之间关系微妙,因此有效调解医患矛盾、协调医患关系,已经成为医院常规的重点工作之一。但目前采用的人工回访方式,除了效率低下以外,还存在不少问题。因此,本文设计了一个智能语音回访平台,实现自动全覆盖回访、保存回访原始记录以及不满意处理过程,既可以最大限度保护患者隐私以及投诉人的信息安全,又能维护医生的正常工作不受子虚乌有的问题干扰甚至陷入医疗纠纷,具有一定的社会效益。
Effective mediation of doctor-patient contradiction and coordination of doctor-patient relationship has become one of the key tasks of hospital routine. However, in addition to low efficiency, there are still many problems in the current manual return visit mode. This paper designs an intelligent voice platform to implement automatic full coverage return visit, save the original record of return visit and dissatisfaction handling process. It can not only protect the privacy of patients and the information security of complainants to the maximum extent, but also protect the normal work of doctors from the interference of nihilism and medical disputes.
