摘要
劳动教育是国民教育体系的重要内容,是学生成长的必要途径,具有树德、增智、强体、育美的综合育人价值。当前,在小学语文教学中渗透劳动教育存在落实不力,未能充分挖掘与利用劳动教育资源,教学方法单一和实施效果评价不理想等问题。究其原因,主要是对劳动教育重视不够,挖掘和应用劳动教育资源的能力不足,以及相关保障措施不健全等。建议在"五育并举"理念下,观照和重新审视劳动教育的价值,更新教育教学理念,增进对劳动教育的价值认同,在阅读教学、习作教学、口语教学及综合性学习中渗透劳动教育,彰显以人为本教育观,进而促进小学教育的全面发展。
Labor education is an important parts of the national education system and a necessary way for students to grow up.It has the comprehensive value of cultivating students’morality,increasing their intelligence,strengthening their health and cultivating their beauty.At present,there are some problems in the infiltration of labor education in primary school Chinese teaching,such as weak implementation,failure to fully tap and make use of labor education resources,single teaching methods and unsatisfactory implementation effect evaluation.The main reasons are insufficient attention to labor education,insufficient ability to excavate and apply labor education resources,and imperfect relevant security measures.It is suggested that under the concept of“simultaneous development of five education”,we should observe and re-examine the value of labor education,update the education and teaching concept,enhance the value recognition of labor education,infiltrate labor education in reading teaching,exercise teaching,oral teaching and comprehensive learning,highlight the people-oriented education concept,and then promote the all-round development of primary education.
