基于地理信息系统的蓄滞洪区可滞洪量计算

摘要 蓄滞洪区可滞洪量是防洪工程的一项重要参数,其对防洪工程的有效运用以及防洪决策至关重要。传统的蓄滞洪区可滞洪量计算精度较低,且受人为影响较大,同时,由于蓄滞洪区内受人类活动较为明显,其地形地貌常常发生变化,因此,研究快速、准确计算蓄滞洪区可滞洪量计算方法,具有重要意义。随着3S技术的不断应用推广,可以方便地将数字地形装入计算机内,从而通过分析数字地形信息,计算蓄滞洪区的可滞洪量,为工程建设和防洪决策提供依据和支撑。 Flood detaining capacity in flood storage area.It is very important for the effective use of flood control projects and flood control decisionmaking.The calculation precision of the detailable amount in the traditional flood storage and detention area is low,and it is greatly affected by human.The calculation precision of the detailable amount in the traditional flood storage and detention area is low,and it is greatly affected by human.At the same time,due to the obvious human activities in the flood storage and detention area,its topography often changes.Therefore,it is of great significance to study a fast and accurate method for calculating the detainable flood volume in flood storage and detention area.With the continuous application and popularization of 3 S technology,the digital terrain can be conveniently loaded into the computer,so as to calculate the flood detentions in the flood storage and detention area by analyzing the digital terrain information,which will provide a good technological support.
