郑州机场南飞行区第一跑道及相关附属设施1997年建成投用,经数年运行,道面道肩表面损坏,面层出现剥落、起颗粒等病害,整体性能下降,为确保郑州机场安全运营,提高跑道运行效率,需对郑州新郑国际机场南飞行区进行改造及扩建。在工程施工期间,水土流失防治工作应给予足够的重视,采取切实可行的防治措施,有效控制工程建设而引起的水土流失,将工程建设所产生的一切负面影响降到最低限度,以实现工程建设与水土保持的双赢。

The first runway and related ancillary facilities of Zhengzhou Airport South airfield were completed and put into use in 1997.After several years of operation,the surface of pavement shoulder was damaged,the surface layer appeared peeling,particle and other diseases,and the overall performance declined.In order to ensure the safe operation of Zhengzhou Airport and improve the efficiency of runway operation,it is necessary to reconstruct and expand Zhengzhou Xinzheng International Airport South airfield.During the construction of the project,we should pay enough attention to the prevention and control of soil erosion,take practical and feasible prevention and control measures,effectively control the soil erosion caused by the project construction,and minimize all the negative effects of the project construction,so as to achieve a win-win situation between the project construction and soil and water conservation.
