全身与局部亚低温治疗新生儿脑损伤的疗效 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较全身与局部亚低温治疗新生儿窒息所致缺氧缺血性脑损伤的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的窒息所致缺氧缺血性脑损伤的新生儿100例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。对照组予以局部亚低温治疗,观察组予以全身亚低温治疗,观察两组患儿的不良反应发生率、住院天数、神经测定评分、自主吮奶时间、心率、收缩压及呼吸频率等情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组患儿的不良反应率较低(P<0.05);观察组自主吮奶时间和住院天数较短(P<0.05);新生儿神经行为测定评分较高(P<0.05)。两组患儿心率、呼吸频率及收缩压比较,P>0.05。结论相较于局部亚低温治疗,全身亚低温治疗新生儿窒息所致缺氧缺血性脑损伤更利于患儿预后,且降低并发症发生率、缩短住院时间,减轻住院负担,具有临床价值。 Objective To compare the clinical effect of whole body and local mild hypothermia in the treatment of hypoxic ischemic brain injury due to neonatal asphyxia.Methods 100 newborns with hypoxic ischemic brain injury due to neonatal asphyxia were selected in our hospital and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with local mild hypothermia and the observation group was treated with whole body mild hypothermia.The adverse reactions,hospitalization days,neurometric score,self-sucking time,heart rate,systolic pressure and respiratory frequency of the two groups were compared.Results The adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The self-sucking time and hospitalization days in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The neurometric score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The comparison of heart rate,respiratory frequency and systolic blood pressure between the two group was with P>0.05.Conclusion Compared to local mild hypothermia,whole body mild hypothermia has better prognosis in the treatment of hypoxic ischemic brain injury due to neonatal asphyxia,which can reduce complications,shorten hospitalization days and reduce hospitalization burden.
