滑膜炎方加减联合透明质酸钠治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎临床效果

Clinical efficacy of modified synovitis prescription combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of traumatic synovitis of knee joint

目的探讨滑膜炎方加减联合透明质酸钠治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的膝关节创伤性滑膜炎患者85例,根据治疗方法分为对照组(40例)和观察组(45例),对照组使用常规治疗方法,观察组使用滑膜炎方加减联合透明质酸钠治疗。记录两组治疗总有效率,检测炎症反应,使用简明健康量表(SF-36)评估生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组血清白细胞介素-1(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)比较,P>0.05;治疗后观察组IL-1β、TNF-α均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组SF-36量表中社会功能、情感职能、精神健康、生理职能评分比较,P>0.05;治疗后观察组各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滑膜炎方加减联合透明质酸钠治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎疗效较好,可以减轻患者炎症反应,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified synovitis prescription combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of traumatic synovitis of knee joint.Methods 85 patients with traumatic synovitis of knee joint admitted to the hospital were enrolled and divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(45 cases)according to the treatment method.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the observation group were treated with modified synovitis prescription combined with sodium hyaluronate.The total effective rate of the two groups was recorded,inflammatory response was detected,and the short-form health scale(SF 36)was used to assess quality of life.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant difference between the two groups in serum interleukin 1(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α).After treatment,the levels of IL-1βand TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of social function,emotional role,mental health,and physiological role in SF-36 showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the above scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified synovitis prescription combined with sodium hyaluronate is effective in the treatment of traumatic synovitis of knee joint,which can relieve inflammatory response and improve quality of life.
