芪苈强心胶囊联合左西孟旦治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的效果

Effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with levosimendan on patients with chronic congestive heart failure

目的探讨芪苈强心胶囊联合左西孟旦治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的效果。方法选取慢性充血性心力衰竭患者113例,按照随机抽样法分成两组,对照组56例给予常规抗心力衰竭加左西孟旦治疗,观察组57例在对照组基础上联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗,1个月后观察两组患者的临床疗效、心功能、血管内皮功能、药物安全性。结果观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后左室射血分数、心排血量、左室舒张末期容积、左室收缩末期容积值均升高,但观察组升高幅度高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后FMD、NMD、峰值流速变化率及NO水平均升高,ET-1水平均降低,但观察组降低幅度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合左西孟旦治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭效果确切,能够通过益气、活血、利尿等的作用机制改善患者心功能及血管内皮功能,安全可靠。

Objective To explore the effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with levosimendan in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure.Methods 113 cases of patients with chronic congestive heart failure were randomly divided into two groups,56 cases in the control group were given regular anti-heart failure treatment with leosimendan,and 57 cases in the observation group were given Qiliqiangxin capsule on the basis of the control group.After 1 month,the clinical efficacy,the cardiac function,endothelial function,drug safety of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the values of left ventricular ejection fraction,cardiac output,left ventricular end-diastolic volume and left ventricular end-systolic volume all increased in the two groups,but the increase rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FMD,NMD,change rate of peak flow velocity and NO level all increased in both groups,while ET 1 level decreased,but the reduction scale in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of total adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with levosimendan has definite effect in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure,which can improve the cardiac function and vascular endothelial function of patients through invigorating qi,promoting blood circulation and diuresis.It is safe,reliable,and worthy of clinical use.
