四苓祛湿方对面部脂溢性皮炎患者皮肤生理及血清炎性因子的影响

Effect of Siling Qushi decoction on skin physiology and serum inflammatory factors of patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis

目的探讨四苓祛湿方对面部脂溢性皮炎(肠胃湿热型)患者皮肤生理及血清炎性因子的影响。方法选取94例脂溢性皮炎患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组外用他克莫司软膏进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用四苓祛湿方,对比两组的疗效、皮肤生理指标、炎性因子、不良反应。结果治疗后观察组的临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的pH值、皮肤含水量水平较治疗前上升,经表皮失水量(TEWL)、皮脂分泌率较治疗前降低,且观察组各项皮肤生理指标优于对照组变(P<0.05);治疗后两组皮质醇、IL-10、IL-2水平比较,P<0.05;两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论四苓祛湿方联合他克莫司软膏的使用可以有效治疗脂溢性皮炎患者,有效改善患处的皮肤状况,同时抑制患处炎症反应的发生,也具有较高的安全性。

Objective To explore the effect of Siling Qushi decoction on skin physiology and serum inflammatory factors of patients with facial seborrheic dermatitis(gastrointestinal dampness heat type).Methods 94 cases of facial seb orrheic dermatitis patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with topical tacrolimus ointment,and the observation group was combined with Siling Qushi de coction on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,skin physiological indexes,inflammatory factors and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pH value and skin water content level of the two groups all increased compared with those before treatment,while the transepidermal water loss(TEWL)and sebum secretion rate all decreased compared with those before treatment,and the skin physiological indexes of the observation group were significantly differ ent with those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of cortisol,IL-10 and IL-2 after treatment between the two groups were compared with P<0.05.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The Siling Qushi decoction combined with tacrolimus ointment can effectively treat patients with seborrheic dermatitis,effectively improve the skin condition of patients,inhibit the occurrence of inflam matory reaction,which is with high safety.
