宁泌泰胶囊对急性血精性精囊炎的疗效

Efficacy of Ningmitai capsule in the treatment of acute hematospermia seminal vesiculitis

目的探讨宁泌泰胶囊在急性血精性精囊炎治疗中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院收治的76例急性血精性精囊炎患者的临床资料,对照组39例采用常规治疗,观察组37例采用宁泌泰胶囊联合常规治疗,两组均连续治疗1个月。比较两组治疗前、治疗1个月时中医证候积分,并对比治疗期间不良反应发生率与治疗后3个月复发情况。结果治疗1个月,两组尿痛、尿急、尿道白浊溢出、睾丸坠胀疼痛、血精等评分均低于治疗前,且观察组上述指标评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后3个月,观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论宁泌泰胶囊可改善急性血精性精囊炎患者临床症状,减少不良反应发生,且复发率低。

Objective To explore the application effect of Ningmitai Capsule in the treatment of acute hematosper mia seminal vesiculitis.Methods The clinical data of 76 patients with acute hematospermia seminal vesiculitis in our hos pital were retrospectively analyzed,39 patients who received conventional treatment were divided into the control group,37 patients who were treated with Ningmitai Capsule combined with routine treatment were divided into the observation group.All patients were treated continuously for 1 month.TCM syndrome scores before treatment and1 month after treat ment were compared between the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment and recurrence rate after 3 months were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month's treatment,the scores of urinary pain,ur gency,urinary tract white turbidity overflow,testicular swelling pain in two groups were all lower than those before treat ment,the scores of the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).3 months after treatment,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ningmitai Capsule can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute hematospermia seminal vesiculitis,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate.
