护理干预对哮喘患者心理状态及生活质量的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on psychological state and quality of life of patients with asthma

目的探讨格林模式的护理干预对哮喘慢性持续期患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法将104例哮喘患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组52例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组给予格林模式的护理干预,比较两组干预前后SCL-90量表评分、哮喘生活质量评分(AQLQ)及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖评分较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组哮喘症状、心理健康、活动受限、环境刺激、生理健康评分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组可靠性、反应性、移情性、保证性、有形性评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论格林模式的护理干预可改善哮喘慢性持续期患者心理状态,提高其生活质量,且患者护理满意度高。

Objective To explore the effect of Green model nursing intervention on the mental state and quality of life of patients with chronic persistent asthma.Methods 104 patients with asthma were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,52 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the obser⁃vation group was given Green model nursing intervention.The SCL-90 scale score,asthma quality of life score(AQLQ)and nursing satisfaction before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After interven⁃tion,the depression,anxiety,hostility and horror scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group had higher scores in asthma symptoms,mental health,activity restriction,environ⁃mental stimulation and physical health than the control group(P<0.05);the reliability,reactivity,empathy,assurance and tangibility scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Green model nursing intervention can improve the mental state of patients with chronic persistent asthma,improve their quality of life,and have a high nursing satisfaction degree.
