Research progress of structures and structure-activity relationships of natural antibiotics

抗生素的发现和大规模使用是人类健康领域的重大革命。但随之而来的耐药性问题乃至超级耐药菌的出现使人类健康又一次受到威胁,成为医疗卫生领域的新挑战。本文系统性地对近年来四环素类、大环内酯类、β-内酰胺类以及氨基糖苷类等天然抗生素的作用机制及构效关系进行了综述,旨在为解决细菌耐药性问题、开发新型抗生素等提供参考。

The discovery and utility of antibiotics is a significant revolution for people’s health.However,the following antibiotic resistance and even the appearance of supper resistant bacteria has threatened the health and becomes a new challenge for the medicinal area.This review systematically summarized the antibacterial mechanism and the structure-activity relationships of natural antibiotics,including tetracyclines,macrolides,aminoglycosides andβ-lactams,aiming to provide reference to overcome antibiotic resistance and develop new effective derivatives of natural antibiotics.
