煤矿重大事故被困人员恐慌情绪交互影响与应对策略研究

Study on interactive influence and coping strategies of panic emotion of trapped people in serious coal mine accident

为了降低煤矿重大事故中被困人员恐慌情绪的交互影响及危害,提升被困人员的事故应对能力,促进应急救援的有效开展,结合具体案例分析了煤矿重大事故中被困人员恐慌情绪的形成过程、交互影响及危害,并提出了针对性的应对策略。研究结果表明:煤矿重大事故发生后,被困人员的恐慌情绪会在个体与个体、个体与群体间产生交互影响,导致部分个体和群体的事故应对能力和求生欲望降低,在很大程度上影响事故救援的有效性;煤矿企业应该关注企业员工的心理健康问题,加强业务能力、心理素质方面的安全培训,提高员工的事故应对能力。

In order to reduce the interactive influence and harm of the panic emotion of the trapped people in major accidents in coal mines, to enhance the ability of the trapped people to deal with accidents and to promote the effective development of emergency rescue, this paper analyzes the interactive influence and harm of the panic emotion of the trapped in coal mine accident, and puts forward the corresponding coping strategies. The results show that after a major accident in a coal mine, the panic emotion of the trapped people will have an interactive effect among individuals and between individuals and groups, as a result, some individuals and groups’ ability to deal with accidents and their desire to survive are reduced, which greatly affects the effectiveness of accident rescue. Coal mine enterprises should pay attention to the mental health of their employees, strengthen the safety training of business ability and psychological quality, and improve their ability to deal with accidents.
