摘要
在电液伺服疲劳试验机上通过轴向应变控制方式,在室温下对12种汽车用钢板材料的低周疲劳性能进行了研究,通过Hollonmon公式和Coffin-Manson公式对试验数据进行拟合回归分析,确定了各试验材料的疲劳参数、应力-应变以及应变-寿命曲线,并对各个材料的转变寿命进行了分析。基于低周疲劳试验数据,应用Morrow公式和Coffin-Manson公式,对12种材料在三种应变历程下的疲劳寿命进行预测,证明了CR340/590DP、CR420/780DP、HC340/590DPD+Z三种材料具有较高寿命、高疲劳强度和循环强度,DC06和DX53D+Z两种普通钢板材料的疲劳寿命较低。
At room temperature, the low-cycle fatigue properties of 12 kinds of automotive steel sheets were investigated through axial-strain-controlled method and strain change range of 0.2%-1.0% on a servo-hydraulic testing machine. The experimental data were linear fitted and made regression analysis according to Hollomon formula and Coffin-Manson formula, the fatigue parameters,strain-stress curves and the strain-life curves of each material were obtained, and the transition life of each material was analyzed also. Based on low-cycle fatigue test data, the fatigue life of 12 kinds of materials under three kinds of strain courses were predicted by using Morrow formula and Coffin-Manson formula. Three kinds of automotive steel materials such as CR340/590 DP, CR420/780 DP, HC340/590 DPD +Z, with a higher servicelife, higher fatigue strength and cyclic strength, were obtained. In contrast, the fatigue life of DC06 and DX53 D+Z common steel sheets is lowest.
