摘要
目前国内使用的制动夹钳单元衬套基本由国外进口,为了实现自主化生产,文章研制了一种适用于标准地铁列车制动夹钳单元的国产化尼龙材料衬套,分析了其工作环境温度、承载能力及使用寿命,并对比测试了国内外尼龙衬套的物理性能参数。物理性能测试和整机型式试验结果显示,国产化尼龙衬套材料的物理性能与进口产品相当,且满足标准地铁列车制动夹钳单元的使用要求。
At present,the brake caliper bushing used in China is basically imported from abroad.In order to realize autonomous production,a domestic nylon material bushing suitable for the standard metro train brake caliper unit is developed.It analyzes the working environment temperature,carrying capacity and service life,and compares the physical performance parameters of nylon bushing at home and abroad.Physical performance test and complete machine type test result shows that the physical performance of domestic nylon material is equivalent to that of imported products,and meets the use requirement of standard metro train brake caliper unit.
