摘要
由绕组本身电磁振动和定子铁芯径向振动共同构成的绕组端部倍频振动,是影响电机可靠运行的关键因素。文章以某标准地铁列车异步牵引电机定子绕组端部结构为研究对象,通过试验模态分析识别出定子端部结构振动特性,得到仿真分析结果与试验结果吻合度较高;分析了绕组端部端箍设计参数影响,获得定子端部固频变化与端箍设计参数敏感度关系。
The frequency-doubling vibration of the winding end,which is composed of the electromagnetic vibration of winding itself and the radial vibration of stator core,is the key factor affecting the motor reliable operation.Taking the stator winding end structure of a asynchronous traction motor for standard metro train as the research object,the vibration characteristics of the stator end structure are identified by modal test analysis,and the simulation analysis results are highly consistent with the test results.The influence of winding end hoop design parameters is analyzed,and the sensitivity relationship between end fixed frequency variation and end hoop design parameters is obtained.
