一部研究山区农村贫困形成机理的拓新之作

An Innovative Work to Study the Formation Mechanism of Poverty in Mountainous Rural Areas

2020年我国取得了脱贫攻坚的全面胜利。2019年,科学出版社出版了专著《武陵山农村贫困的形成机理与治理研究——以恩施州为例》,作者谭贤楚教授以恩施州为例,基于问卷数据和田野考察的实证研究方式,探讨了山区贫困人口的形成机理及治理机制,是一部研究山区农村贫困形成机理与治理的里程碑之作。该项研究一方面注重把握贫困研究的前沿理论,强调运用实证方法科学认识贫困问题及其成因;另一方面,有着极强的现实关怀,针对贫困问题治理提出有针对性的政策建议。该项研究不仅为山区贫困问题提供了较好阐释,还为巩固脱贫攻坚成果、推动乡村振兴带来了积极启示。

In 2020, my country has achieved a comprehensive victory in the fight against poverty. In 2019, Science Press published the monograph " A Study on the Formation Mechanism and Governance of Rural Poverty in Wuling Mountain-Taking Enshi Prefecture as an Example". The author, Professor Tan Xianchu, took Enshi Prefecture as an example, based on questionnaire data and fieldwork empirical research methods to explore the formation mechanism and governance mechanism of poor population in mountainous areas is a milestone in the study of the formation mechanism and governance mechanism of poverty in mountainous rural areas. On the one hand, the research focuses on grasping the cutting-edge theories of poverty research, and emphasizes the use of empirical methods to scientifically understand the poverty problem and its causes;on the other hand, it has strong practical care and puts forward targeted policy recommendations for poverty governance. This research not only provides a better explanation for the poverty problem in mountainous areas, but also brings positive enlightenment for consolidating the results of poverty alleviation and promoting rural revitalization.
