摘要
车身冲压覆盖件面积大、形状复杂,一般采用Argus网格照相测量系统对其成形性和成形安全裕度进行评价。针对现有测量系统无法识别拉延和后序整形后网格,以及测量结果失真等情况,提出了按弧长方式测量和计算网格应变及变薄率的方法,创新性地将网格应变测量系统外的补测数据拼接到测量系统主体,通过Excel表与测量系统的主应变、FLC及减薄率可视化关联,实现测量系统内外部数据的无缝拼接,从而扩大网格试验的范围,提升网格试验的精度。
Body stamping panels have large area and complex shape.Argus grid photogrammetry system is generally used to evaluate their formability and forming safety margin.The existing measurement system cannot recognize the grid after drawing and post sequence shaping,as well as the distortion of the measurement results.A method of measuring and calculating the grid strain and thinning rate according to the arc length is proposed.The supplementary measurement data outside the grid strain measurement system is creatively spliced to the main body of the measurement system.Through the visual correlation between Excel table and the main strain,FLC and thinning rate of the measurement system,the seamless splicing of internal and external data of the measurement system is realized,so as to expand the scope of grid test and improve the accuracy of grid test.
