转炉半干法除尘粗颗粒分离回收工装改进实践

摘要 介绍了福建三钢炼钢厂转炉半干法除尘污泥粗颗粒分离机尾端轴承座组的改进过程。将尾端轴承座组中对称分布的双列圆锥滚子31316轴承,改为关节轴承GE120ES单列1对;将简单的静态密封、通盖压紧填料,改为静态+动态组合密封,既有填料压环套,又在轴承短轴前段增加T形外螺纹,组合成螺旋幅,依靠螺旋辊转动,主动挡泥。改进后,有效延长了粗颗粒分离机底轴承座的使用寿命,经济效益和环境效益可观。 The improvement process of the tail bearing seat group of the coarse particle separator for converter semi dry dedusting sludge in Fujian No.3 steel works is introduced.The double row tapered roller 31316 bearing symmetrically distributed in the tail end bearing seat group is changed into a single row pair of plain bearing GE120ES;the simple static seal is changed into static+dynamic combined seal through cover pressing the packing,which not only has the packing pressure ring sleeve,but also adds T-shaped external thread in the front section of the bearing stub shaft to form a spiral amplitude,depending on the rotation of the spiral roller to actively stop the mud.After the improvement,the service life of the bottom bearing seat of the coarse particle separator is effectively prolonged,and the economic and environmental benefits are considerable.
