摘要
利用集成运放的方法,设计了一个微纳电流的制取和测量方案并搭建了实验装置。在自制装置的基础上,用高精度的标准电阻和纳伏表对装置进行了对比测试,测试结果表明,装置的测量结果与纳伏表的测量结果非常接近,且测量的精度可达纳安量级,可靠性和稳定性都达到了实验预期。
A micro-nano current generating and measuring device was designed and established by using the method of integrated operational amplifier.The current was measured by the device and compared to that by nanovoltmeter with high precision standard resistors.It was shown that two measurements are very close.Furthermore,the measurement accuracy of the device can reach the order of nanoampere.The device has good stability and reliability as expected.
