摘要
装甲装备在役考核指标构建是在役考核实施的基点,装甲装备确实缺少与部队实际工作紧密结合的在役考核指标体系。通过分析装甲装备在役考核指标内容,结合部队实际工作,提出分解关键在役问题的指标构建思路,针对指标间存在相互影响关系,运用ANP对分解得到的初始指标体系进行优化,剔除相对重要性较低的指标,得到实用的指标体系,通过指标体系构建和优化,能够为装甲装备在役考核实施提供参考。
The construction of in-service assessment index for armored equipment is the starting point for the implementation of in-service assessment.Armored equipment does lack an in-service assessment index system which is closely integrated with the actual work of the army.By analyzing the content of the armored equipment in-service assessment index and combining the actual work of the army,the idea of index construction for decomposing key in-service issues is proposed.Aiming at the mutual influence between the index,the initial index system obtained by the decomposition is optimized by ANP,by removing the index with lower relative importance to obtain a practical index system.Through the construction and optimization of the index system,the paper can provide a reference for the implementation of the in-service assessment of armored equipment.
