摘要
基于"云+边+端"的企业数字孪生系统可为企业云端数字虚体空间中的各虚拟实体与企业物理实体空间中的各物理实体之间建立有机联系;并通过相互间得紧密协同,形成闭环反馈过程;通过构建基于"云+边+端"的企业数字孪生系统,即有助于云平台的推广应用,同时也可推进传统企业向数字化、智能化方向的不断演进。本文对基于该模式下企业数字孪生系统实现问题进行了研究,给出基于"云+边+端"下的企业数字孪生总体解决方案,并说明了所应提供的服务内容;进而,结合某航天企业液压元件生产过程中所面临的实际问题,通过构建该企业的基于云+边+端的云端数字孪生系统,即虚拟工厂系统,有效地解决上述问题,提升了该企业总体生产效率。
Enterprise digital twin system based on cloud edge can establish organic connection between the virtual entity in cloud digital virtual space and enterprise physical entity space, and form close-loop feedback process;build the enterprise digital twin system based on cloud edge, promote the cloud platform, and also promote the continuous evolution of traditional enterprises to digital and intelligence. This paper studies the implementation of digital twin system based on this mode, presents the overall solution of the cloud. Combined with the actual problems in the production process of an aerospace enterprise, the cloud digital twin system improves the overall production efficiency of the enterprise.
