摘要
为实现纺织生产数据的高效集成及系统故障的在线诊断,设计了一套纺织生产过程数据集成与故障诊断系统;提出了一种针对纺织生产过程多层次、多类型、多维的纺织生产信息采集方案,该方案采用工业以太网、PB/PN总线以及Modbus等通信技术对纺织车间的设备进行信息集成,以实现纺织生产过程数据采集、生产监控、生产管理、远程运维以及人机交互等功能。系统分为3层,采用TIA portal软件进行组态PROFINET网络,借助Wireshark并结合C++高级编程软件开发诊断界面,对联网的纺织设备进行动态智能诊断,实现通信故障的及时准确定位。同时,系统还构建了企业级工业以太网,提升了纺织生产过程信息化/智能化管理水平,提高了纺织企业的管理效能,系统达到了预期目标。
In order to realize the efficient integration of textile production data and on-line fault diagnosis of the system, designs a system of textile production process data integration and fault diagnosis and proposes a multi-level, multi-type and multi-dimensional textile production information collection scheme, Adopts industrial Ethernet, PB/PN, Modbus and other communication technologies to integrate the information of the equipment in the textile workshop, so as to realize the functions of data acquisition, production monitoring, production management, remote operations and man-machine interaction in the textile workshop. The system is divided into three layers, adopting TIA portal software to configure PROFINET network, using Wireshark and C++ advanced programming software to develop diagnostic interface, using spring boot to simplify development configuration. The system established enterprise industrial Ethernet also, which improved the level of textile production process information and intelligent management, and achieved the expected goal.
