摘要
为了对航空航天领域广泛使用的各种转速传感器的性能进行测试,采用失量控制技术,利用变频调速电机驱动的方式,设计了相应的转速驱动源,该设备具有调速精度高、测试方便的特点,调速精度可达万分之一,满足不同条件下高速传感器的测试需求。
In order to test the performances of various revolution transducers, which are widely used in aeronautical and astronautical products, a rotating driver is designed by using variable-frequency electric motor based on vector control to adjust the rotating speed. The driver has high precision with high speed, which rotating speed precision reaches to 1/10000, and can be used conveniently. It fully meets the testing requirements of revolution transducers with high speed.
