摘要
为解决传统火焰传感器参数校准只能对某单一参数,或者某一特定类型的火焰传感器,并且校准精度低等问题,系统搭建了火焰传感器复合参数校准系统。系统研发了组合光源作为火焰传感器的触发源。利用导轨与具有二自由度的云台,实现对火焰传感器探测范围与灵敏度的校准。通过设计研发高精度计时电路,实现对火焰传感器响应时间的校准。结果表明:系统的距离校准精度为±10mm,角度校准精度为±1°,灵敏度校准精度为±1n W/cm2,响应时间校准精度为±5ns。
In order to solve the traditional flame sensor parameter calibration can only be for a single parameter or a specific type of flame sensor, and the calibration accuracy is low, the system builds a flame sensor composite parameter calibration system. According to the response band range of different types of flame sensors, the system has developed a combined light source as the trigger source of the flame sensor. A guide rail and a pan-tilt with two degrees of freedom are used to calibrate the detection range and sensitivity of the f lame sensor. Through the design and development of high precision timing circuit, to achieve the flame sensor response time calibration. The results show that the distance calibration accuracy of this system is ±10 mm, the angle calibration accuracy is ±1°, the sensitivity calibration accuracy is ±1 nW/cm2, and the response time calibration accuracy is ±5 ns.
