Professor Geng Tiehua is an iconic figure in the study of Gaogouli in China.Since 1982,he has been systematically engaged in the study of Gaogouli for 40 years.During this period,professor Geng tiehua has published the most works on Gaogouli in China,and enjoys a great reputation in the academic field of the whole East Asia.It is an important work of academic history to sort out professor Geng Tiehua's academic career rooted in the frontier,but also an important way to verify the practice of"academic guarding the frontier"of this generation of scholars.On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of Professor Geng Tiehua's the study of Gaogouli,the academic interview with him can well show the formation of professor Geng Tiehua's academic thought,the profound academic insight and the future academic development direction of Chinese Gaogouli studies.
