摘要 乡村教师是发展更加公平更有质量乡村教育的基础支撑,是推进乡村振兴、建设社会主义现代化强国、实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要力量。发展乡村教育关键在于提高乡村教师队伍的整体素质和专业发展水平。面对新形势新要求,乡村教师专业发展现实状况不能满足高质量乡村教育发展需要。要提升乡村教师专业发展水平,就要积极创造条件,为乡村教师专业发展提供强有力的保障和社会支持。一是建立健全乡村教师师德建设长效机制;二是完善乡村教师专业发展的社会支持系统;三是加大乡村教师专业发展的信息技术支持力度。通过多方面努力为乡村教师稳定从教、实现个人持续发展提供不竭动力。 Rural teachers are the basic support for the development of a fairer and better quality rural education,and are an important force in promoting rural revitalization,building a strong socialist modern country and achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The key to the development of rural education lies in improving the overall quality and professional development of rural teachers.In the face of the new situation and new requirements,the professional development of rural teachers cannot meet the needs of high-quality rural education development.To enhance the professional development of rural teachers,we must positively create conditions to provide strong protection and social support for the professional development of rural teachers.First,to establish and improve the long-term mechanism of teacher ethics construction for rural teachers;second,to improve the social support system for rural teachers'professional development;and third,to increase the information technology support for rural teachers'professional development.Through multifaceted efforts,we can provide inexhaustible motivation for rural teachers to achieve steadily teach and sustainable personal development.
