摘要 表面等离子共振技术(SPR)是从20世纪90年代发展起来的一种新技术,应用SPR原理检测传感芯片上配位体与分析物之间的相互作用情况,广泛应用于各个领域。介绍了SPR传感器在提高灵敏度、分辨率、品质因数等方面所应用的不同技术,并针对不同的技术特点,呈现给读者SPR传感器在该领域下的最新研究进展及应用。 Surface plasmon resonance( SPR) is a new technology developed from the 1990 s. It is widely used in various fields to detect the interaction between ligands and analytes on biosensor chips based on the principle of SPR.This paper introduces the different technologies of SPR sensor in improving sensitivity,resolution and quality factor,and presents the research progress and application of SPR sensor in this field according to different technical characteristics.
