摘要
为使沸石分子筛具有更大的孔隙率,使用一种新型有机硅季铵盐介孔模板剂,采用一步水热合成法制备了含介孔沸石。在150℃下水热反应72 h,100℃干燥4 h,600℃下焙烧6 h获得ZSM-5-H产品。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、氮吸附方法对其进行表征,结果表明,所得沸石分子筛具有良好的晶态结构和较大的介孔体积。其粗糙的表面和丰富的介孔证明了所合成的模板剂具有改变沸石形貌和内部构造的功能。
To get larger pore rate in zeolite molecular sieve,mesoporous ZSM-5 zeolite was prepared by one-step hydrothermal synthesis method using a novel organosilicon quaternary ammonium salt template.The ZSM-5-H zeolite product was acquired by hydrothermal reaction under 150℃for 72 h,drying under 100℃for 4 h,calcination under 600℃for 6 h,which was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and nitrogen adsorption methods.The result show that the obtained zeolite molecular sieve has good crystalline structure and large mesopore volume.And its rough surface and abundant mesopores prove that the synthesized template has the function of changing the morphology and internal structure of zeolite.
