摘要
以糌粑为原料,研究了糌粑改性絮凝剂的制备以及对高岭土模拟水样的絮凝作用。从制备时间、改性剂用量、制备温度探讨了改性絮凝剂制备条件;从絮凝作用时间、絮凝浓度、作用温度、水样初始pH方面,探讨了改性絮凝剂的应用研究。结果表明,最佳制备条件为:55℃恒温反应3 h,2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵与糌粑质量比为0.15;絮凝剂作用的最佳条件为:絮凝浓度10~20 mg/L,作用温度≤50℃,水样初始pH≥5,处理后的模拟水样利用紫外可见分光光度计测定其透光率最高可达99%。
Using Zanba as raw material,the preparation of Zanba modified flocculant and its flocculation effect on Kaolin simulated water samples were studied.The preparation conditions of the modified flocculant were discussed from the preparation time,modifier desage,preparation temperature.The application research of the modified flocculant were discussed from the aspects of flocculation time,flocculation concentration,action temperature and initial pH of water sample.The results showed that the optimal preparation conditions were 55℃constant temperature reaction for 3 h,the mass ratio of 2,3-epoxypropyl trimethylammonium chloride to Zanba was 0.15.The optimal conditions for flocculant action were as follows:the flocculant concentration was 10~20 mg/L,the temperature was less than 50℃,the initial pH of the water sample was≥5,and the light transmittance of the treated simulated water sample could reach 99%by UV-Vis spectrophotometer.
