摘要
主要介绍了白车身钣金件螺母冲铆技术的特点及原理,并针对某载货汽车厂年产10万件前围板螺母冲铆自动化工作站进行了规划设计,详细介绍了冲铆工作站节拍计算、平面布局、设备情况及主要的工艺过程,并将螺母冲铆工艺与传统的螺母凸焊工艺进行了对比,螺母冲铆工艺具有工件装配精度高、工件变形小、节能环保、易于实现自动化等优势,能很好的取代传统螺母凸焊工艺,在载货汽车白车身上有很好的应用前景。
This article mainly introduces the characteristics and principle of the nut punching and riveting technology applied to truck BIW parts,and makes a design for the nut punching and riveting workstation of a truck factory with an annual output of 100000 pieces of bady front panels.It introduces the cycle time calculation,layout,equipments and main process of the punching and riveting workstation in detail.Nut punching and riveting technology has the advantages of high assembly accuracy,small deformation,energy saving and environmental protection,and easy to realize automation compared with the traditional nut welding process.The nut punching and riveting technology can replace the traditional nut projection welding process and have a good application prospect in the manufacture of truck BIW.
