摘要
客户对于轻型客车的外观质量的要求越来越高,这需要较高的白车身质量来支撑。其中侧围很大程度上决定了整车的外观质量。轻客多采用分体式侧围,为提升轻客白车身的整体尺寸质量,有必要重点研究分体式侧围的尺寸控制方法,探讨了2种分体式侧围的搭接形式,以及侧围的焊接顺序对于侧围尺寸质量的影响,提出一套有效提升侧围质量的尺寸控制方法。通过厂内的某型轻客在其项目阶段进行了该方法的批量有效性验证。此外还结合现有的车型,探讨了提升侧围尺寸质量的其他可行路径。
Customers demand more and more critically for the appearance quality of light buses,which needs higher Bady In White(BIW)quality to support.The side panels largely determine the appearance quality of the whole bus.In order to improve the overall dimension quality of light bus BIW,it is necessary to focus on the dimension control method of split side panels.This paper discusses the overlap form of 2 kinds of split side panels,and the influence of side panels welding sequence on the dimension quality of side panels,and proposes a set of effective dimension control method to improve the quality of side panels.The batch validity of the method is verified by a type of light bus in the factory in its project phase.In addition,combined with the existing models,other feasible ways to improve the dimension quality of the side panels are discussed.
