Higher Vocational Students Certificate Examination Willingness and the Influencing Factors under 1+X certificate system

1+X证书制度下,学生的考证意愿可以侧面反映政策实施的效果。从学生的视角出发,以某高职院校1+X证书制度实施情况调查为依据,借助二元Logistic回归模型实证分析高职学生考证意愿的影响因素。研究发现,生源类型、考证动机、考证投入时间、制度的认知度和证书与课程的结合度、制度组织和实施的满意度这几个因素影响最显著。

under the 1+X certificate system,students willingness to get certificate can reflect the effect of policy implementation.Based on the survey data of the implementation of“1+X”certificate system in a vocational college,a binary logistic regression model was used to analyze the higher vocational students certificate examination willingness and its influencing factors from the perspective of students.The study found that the type of students,motivation,the time invested in the examination,the recognition of the system,the degree of integration between the certificate and the course,and the satisfaction of the organization and implementation of the system had a significant impact on students Certificate Examination Willingness.
