基于KPA的高职院校部门绩效考核体系研究——以CY学院为例 被引量:2

摘要 KPA关键绩效事件是以结果为导向来设定可以衡量的标准,用KPA指标促进各部门完成工作目标和任务,让绩效管理更好地服务于教学这个中心工作。课题组经过查阅文献、问卷调查、实地调研等方法,对高职院校绩效考评中存在的问题进行分析,确定高职院校部门绩效考评中的KPA指标,制定高职院校部门绩效考评指标体系。实践证明,该指标体系有利于提高高职院校绩效考核的科学合理性及院校管理的水平。 KPA(Key Performance Affair)are results-oriented to set measurable criteria.In order to make the performance management better serve the central task of teaching in higher vocational colleges,KPA indicators are used to promote all departments to accomplish their work objectives and tasks.Through literature review,questionnaire survey,field research and other methods,the research group analyzes the problems existing in the performance evaluation of higher vocational colleges,determines the KPA indicators in the departmental performance evaluation of higher vocational colleges,and establishes the departmental performance evaluation index system of higher vocational colleges.Practice has proved that the index system is helpful to improve the scientific rationality of performance evaluation and the level of college management in higher vocational colleges.
