摘要
2020年人社部发布了拟新增的10个职业公示公告,其中增设了“主播销售员”这一工种。高职院校作为培养技术技能型人才的主要阵地,应建立灵活的专业设置制度,构建直播带货人才的多元化培养模式,积极探索与地方人社部门和行业协会的合作,共同搭建“主播销售员”人才培养体系和课程体系。
In 2020,the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security issued a public announcement of 10 new jobs to be added,in which the job of“anchor salesman”was included.As the main position for cultivating technical and skilled talents,higher vocational colleges should establish a flexible specialty setting system,build a diversified training mode of live broadcasting salesman talents,actively explore cooperation with local human resources and social security departments and industry associations,and jointly build a talent training system and curriculum system of“anchor salesperson”.
