摘要
目的检测卵巢癌上皮组织中关于CD24和Yes相关蛋白1(YAP1)的发生发展机制,分析二者与卵巢癌中临床参数的表达及预后的相关性。方法收集44例正常卵巢组织标本和44例卵巢上皮癌标本,应用免疫组织化学方法检测CD24和YAP1的表达情况,分析二者的表达与不同临床参数的关系、二者表达的相关性,以及二者的表达与生存时间的关系。结果在卵巢癌上皮组织中CD24和YAP1均有明显的高表达(P<0.05);CD24在卵巢癌上皮组织中的高表达与卵巢癌的临床分期、分化程度呈明显相关性(P<0.05);这种类型癌组织中二者的表达水平呈正相关(r=0.501,P<0.05)。经Kaplan-Meier法生存分析,CD24和YAP1阳性情况下,患者的生存期减少(P<0.05)。结论CD24、YAP1蛋白在上皮性卵巢癌组织中呈现高表达,CD24、YAP1蛋白和上皮性卵巢癌的发生发展密切相关。
Objective To detect the occurrence and development mechanism of CD24 and YAP1 in epithelial tissues of ovarian cancer,and to analyze the relationship between them and the expression of clinical parameters and prognosis of ovarian cancer.Methods The expression of CD24 and YAP1 in 44 specimens of normal epithelial ovarian tissues and 44 specimens of epithelial ovarian cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry method.The relationship between their expression and different clinical parameters,the correlation between the expression of the two,and the relationship between their expression and survival time were analyzed.Results CD24 and YAP1 were highly expressed in epithelial tissue of ovarian cancer(P<0.05).The high expression of CD24 in epithelial tissue of ovarian cancer was significantly correlated with the clinical stage and differentiation degree of ovarian cancer(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the expression of CD24 and YAP1 in epithelial tissue of ovarian cancer(r=0.501,P<0.05).Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that patients with both positive CD24 and YAP1 had a reduced survival time(P<0.05).Conclusion CD24 and YAP1 are highly expressed in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues,which are closely related to the occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian cancer.
