老年痴呆照顾者与患者生活质量的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis Between Carer and Quality of Life of Patients with Alzheimer's Disease

目的探讨老年痴呆照顾者对疾病认知度与患者生活质量的相关性。方法选择2017年7月至2018年7月在成都市某三甲医院、养老机构及老年康疗院住院的老年痴呆患者及其照顾者各151例为研究对象,采用老年痴呆患者、照顾者一般情况调查表及老年痴呆患者生活质量调查表(QOL-AD)、阿尔茨海默病知识测评量表(ADKS)分别对患者和照顾者进行调查。结果老年痴呆患者文化程度及疾病严重程度是QOL-AD的独立预测因子;照顾者ADKS得分与QOL-AD得分呈正相关(P<0.05),照顾者对生活影响、症状、治疗与管理、评估与诊断、病程这5个维度相关知识知晓度与QOL-AD得分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论医疗相关部门应对老年痴呆照顾者采取相应的干预措施,提高老年痴呆照顾者疾病认知度,提高患者生活质量,从而提升医疗护理服务水平。

Objective To explore the correlation between the quality of life of patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD)and their carers'awareness of AD.Methods From July 2017 to July 2018,151 AD patients and their caregivers in a grade A tertiary hospital,a nursing institution for the aged,and a geriatric rehabilitation hospital in Chengdu were selected as the research objects.The patients and their caregivers were investigated by general information questionnaire of AD patients and caregivers,quality of life questionnaire for AD patients(QOL-AD),and Alzheimer's disease knowledge scale(ADKS).Results Education level and disease severity of AD patients were independent predictors of QOL-AD.ADKS score of caregivers was positively correlated with QOL-AD score(P<0.05).Caregivers'awareness of the five dimensions of AD,namely,impact on life,symptoms,treatment and management,evaluation and diagnosis,and course of disease,was positively correlated with QOL-AD score(P<0.05).Conclusion Relevant medical departments should take corresponding intervention measures for AD caregivers to improve their awareness of AD,improve patients'quality of life,so as to improve the level of medical care services.
