摘要
近十多年来,随着清湖水流域城市化进程的加快,部分河道行洪断面不断缩小,临河建筑物随处可见,城区内现有50%河段被暗涵化,河道行洪能力不足,区域内发生多次洪涝灾害;另一方面,城市化发展的同时也带来了河道污染问题,即便区域已建成了部分截污管网,但仍有大量的污水直接入河,初期雨水、生活垃圾随意弃置河边,进一步污染着河水,现状清湖水河水质令人担忧,下游河口段的水质黑臭尤甚。再者,河道水生态环境缺失,堤岸滨水空间无限制利用,水环境问题已经严重影响了区域生产生活环境。文章将以清湖水为例分析生态防洪墙在河道防洪治理中的应用,为其他类似的工程提供一些帮助。
In the past ten years,with the acceleration of urbanization in the Qinghu River Basin,part of the river flood discharge section is shrinking,and riverside buildings can be seen everywhere. 50% of the existing river section in the urban area is hidden culvert,river flood discharge capacity is insufficient,and many floods occurred in the region;On the other hand,urbanization development also brought the river pollution problem at the same time,even if the region has built part of the sewage pipe network,a large amount of sewage still flows directly into the river. The initial rainwater and domestic garbage are discarded at will,further polluting the river. The current water quality of Qinghu river is worrying,especially in the downstream estuary.Moreover,the lack of river water ecological environment,unlimited use of the embankment waterfront space have seriously affected the regional production and living environment. This paper will take Qinghu lake water as an example to analyze the application of ecological flood control wall in river flood control,and provide some help for other similar projects.
