固结灌浆技术在水库泄洪洞加固中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 泄洪洞是大型水库建筑物重要组成部分,汛期承担着水库泄洪、调沙等任务,洞身位置往往较低,通常穿过山体岩层。泼河水库泄洪洞位于主坝右侧山体下,山体共发育6条断层,洞身段岩层有3条断裂层。在40多年运用过程中,洞身的混凝土衬砌先后出现12条裂缝,缝内渗水并有白色分泌物析出,严重影响工程安全运用。为确保水利工程运行安全,必须采取有效的方法和措施,对洞身进行加固处理,增加洞身岩石整体性和抗渗性。泼河水库泄洪洞通过固结灌浆加固处理,取得良好防裂、防渗效果,各项指标均达到设计要求,为同类工程提供借鉴。 The spillway tunnel is an important part of large reservoir buildings,which is responsible for the flood discharge,sediment regulation and other tasks in flood season. The location of the spillway tunnel is often low,which usually cut through the mountain strata. The spillway tunnel of Po River Reservoir is located under the mountain to the right side of the main dam. There are 6 faults in the mountain and there are 3 fracture layers in the rock formation of the tunnel section. In the process of more than 40 years of operation,12 cracks have appeared successively in the concrete lining of the tunnel body,with water seepage and white secretion precipitation in the cracks,which seriously affected the safe operation of the project. In order to ensure the operation safety of water conservancy projects,effective methods and measures must be taken to reinforce the tunnel body and increase the integrity and impermeability of the rock. The spillway tunnel of Po River Reservoir has been strengthened by consolidation grouting,and has achieved good anticracking and antiseepage effects. All indexes of the tunnel have reached the design requirements. The spillway tunnel of Po River Reservoir provides a reference for similar projects.
