摘要
CS注浆工艺可用于防渗处理和加固注浆,是一种用途极广、效果良好的注浆材料。该工艺相对于传统注浆具有适用范围广、胶凝时间短且可调、结石率高、经济性及耐久性好等特点。通过该注浆工艺在窄口水文站办公危房地基加固中的分析与应用,试验探索了CS注浆工艺的注浆设备、注浆压力、浆液制备等施工工艺最佳参数,降低了施工成本,缩短了施工周期,极大地增强了地基的承载能力,从而保证了办公房地基的稳定性和安全性。
CS grouting technology can be used for seepage control treatment and reinforcement grouting. It is a widely used grouting material with good effect. Compared with traditional grouting technologies,this process has the advantages of wide application range,short and adjustable gelation time,high concretion rate,good economy and durability. Through the analysis and application of the grouting technology in the foundation reinforcement of the dangerous office building in Zaikou Hydrologic Station,the optimum parameters of the CS grouting technology,such as grouting equipment,grouting pressure and slurry preparation,etc. are explored experimentally. These tests have helped to reduce the construction cost,shorten the construction period,and greatly enhance the bearing capacity of the foundation,thus ensuring the stability and safety of the office foundation.
